Did you mean to write floor, or door?

Just wondering whether it might be one of the floor drain plugs or not...

I gotta take my back for that again. They fix the leak coming through the door seal. But I still have it coming in from the holes that the trim is being held in on that side on the floor in front of the door.

I water tested my jeep tonight to see if the leak stop. So yes & no it did. This will be my third time back for this. RAWR!

Sorry, I think it's the door.

Mine is going back in for it's third attempt to fix tomorrow morning.

I'm frustrated about the whole situation because the Jeep had no issues at all with leaking until the dealership decided to "fix" the door seals the last time I had it in for service.

I didn't check I noticed it after a heavy rain. It collects on the passenger side carpet. If it's a heavy rain about half of the carpet is soaked.

And what did the dealer say, just that it was probably a bad seal? I have a similar issue with my drivers side rear passenger seat, floor gets wet right under the plastic molding, even if it's just from hitting it with a hose

I go in for try number 2 Monday. What is frustrating is that I know how and where it is leaking. Just not sure how to fix.

First time the threw some goop on the door gasket about level with the dash. Now it leaks down the door too!

Good luck!

I fixed that problem by removing the roof and windows, and pulling the carpet and floor plugs. Haven't had problems with leaks since.

the problem with that fix is it doesn't stop the seats from getting moldings or the inside from getting deteriorated

Here's what they figure, "water tested and found that the water is coming over the sill and leaking from the cowl area." Buddy said he put in a "stuffer" and drilled a hole somewhere to allow the water to move somewhere? Checked it this morning after a bit of rain last night and it was wet I'll see what happens the next time we get a heavy rain.
