Gobi Rack + Windshield-mounted KC lights

ey everyone!

I am very seriously considering purchasing a Gobi roofrack for my Jeep Wrangler X 2 door. I just recently installed a set of KC lights using the KC windshield-mounted brackets. (Found here: KC HiLiTES 7316 - KC HiLiTES Windshield Light Mount Brackets in Black for 07-10 Jeep® Wrangler & Wrangler Unlimited JK - Quadratec ) My only concern is whether or not these specific brackets will fit along with the necessary lightbar for the Gobi rack. I really hope they will both work together, and that the light brackets can be installed over the rack brackets. Also, would the stock screws be long enough to accompany both layers of accessories? Hopefully anyone with similar experience between these products can offer me up some insight.

Also, I'm assuming I'll need a spacer/washer between the roofrack bracket and the light-mount bracket, what would be the correct diameter for such a washer if anyone knows offhand. Thank you very much guys!

Not sure on your specific example but I'm in the same delima. I have a Warrior rack and the windshield light tabs and can't get both to work at the same time. They completely conflict. I have been thinking about taking both front plates off and running them over to someone who can weld, gettin the angles measured and making some tabs then having them welded to the warrior rack mount. Not sure if you want to go that direction but it's a thought. I can get them powdercoated on the cheap around here. Usually the racks are meant to be tied in pretty tightly to the surface and having an extra plate would put strain on them that they were not designed for. Just a thought...
