Going from a TJ to a JK, any tips/hints?

Unfortunately I just sold my '02 4.0 TJ, but on a brighter side I bought another jeep. It's an '07 4dr JK. I've done my research and know a lot about TJ's. Not so much for JK's, anything in particular I should know or keep in mind? Maintenance, issues etc..

I went from a 98 Sport to a 12 Sport S... and now Getting a 13 10A Edition Rubi. I love my 12! Just should have got the Rubi package from the get go!

I know the 07's have the 3.8 which from what I hear is a good engine. All in all, I'd say drive it like you stole it and love every minute of it same as the TJ!

TJGarrett,

Well first off you may want to change your user name. Just kidding! I also went from a TJ to a JK. The JK has a lot of neat electronic tricks that the TJ didn't have. The ESP was a big thing for me to get used too. You can do the wheel dance and turn it off when off road to get the full performance from your Jeep.

Also you can run a larger tire with less lift on the JK than the TJ. A 33" tire will fit stock on a JK and a 35" tire will fit with only a 2.5" lift.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions.
