I purchased 4 315-70-17 Duratracs from discount tire last month for right about $1,200 with the understanding that I would be receiving a $60 mail in rebate if I mailed in the invoice and completed the form provided, which I did. Today in the mail I received a postcard stating that Goodyear denied my rebate request because "the tire purchased on the Invoice submitted is not valid for this rebate program." Has anyone else run into this problem? I understand that $60 is no big deal, but to advertise a rebate and fail to deliver it is, in my opinion simply terrible customer service.
Bought my duratracs a month or so ago from discount. Got an email today that my rebate Visa card was mailed today. Maybe there is just a mistake in your paperwork somewhere. I believe it's for $60
My rebate was denied too. I think the dealer included it in the price! Not sure how it all worked, but I was expecting to get some cash back too, and never did. That was a while ago now though.

I did a quick check, and might not be looking at the same exact rebate as you, but I see terms like the purchase must be from one of their "Tire & Service Network" locations in order to be eligible for a rebate.
Same here with my Yokohama Geolander winter tire... I complaint to Yoko (not ono!) and they admit they fail on this and send me the check the week after... Great customer service...
I bought the same tires from Discount Tire, same size even, and received $75 for buying 5. You should get the $60. I would contact the rebate center customer service and figure it out
Purchased my DuraTracs & rims from Discount about 2 months & got 3 rebates from them....$60 Goodyear one & 2 from Discount Tire for $75 & $50. Now if I don't forget to use them before they expire! I've been known to do that before
