I purchased 4 315-70-17 Duratracs from discount tire last month for right about $1,200 with the understanding that I would be receiving a $60 mail in rebate if I mailed in the invoice and completed the form provided, which I did. Today in the mail I received a postcard stating that Goodyear denied my rebate request because "the tire purchased on the Invoice submitted is not valid for this rebate program." Has anyone else run into this problem? I understand that $60 is no big deal, but to advertise a rebate and fail to deliver it is, in my opinion simply terrible customer service.

Last time I looked into it duratracs counted for $60. Maybe oversized tires(larger than 32") aren't covered

Purchased my DuraTracs & rims from Discount about 2 months & got 3 rebates from them....$60 Goodyear one & 2 from Discount Tire for $75 & $50. Now if I don't forget to use them before they expire! I've been known to do that before :(
