Due to our company downsizing 500 Hospital reps were laid off last Tuesday. However as I went to the career placement service I still smiled the whole drive in my Jeep. Sometimes it is the simple things that make us happy. I am just glad I got "The Hulk" modded just like I wanted (Paid in cash) and can look for a job guilt(debt) free. lol. I am sure Hulk will get me to the interviews on time no matter what kind of weather!
I ran across a lot of similar jobs in Austin TX afew months ago following my lay off. Not sure if its an interest to you but check the area out if it is
I think that saying is true. As I stood in line at the porta-potty, I noticed people entering with a pained urgent look on their faces then the door closed. At the same time the next door opened and the person had a smile and a look of relief like a load was taken off.
I will take it as an opportunity. Maybe the Discovery channel will green light a show where I drive my JKU around the world meeting all races of people and showing the durability and versatility! LOL!
Keeping a positive attitude (All due to the JEEP) has opened another door. I got a new job and to top it off their car policy is "forcing" me to upgrade to a 2011 to stay compliant! Wow. Just 4months ago I bought the The Hulk , then lost a job and got another one 3 weeks later and now I will be getting The ....... haven't figured out a cool name yet. lol. Stay positive and good things will happen.

My company has a similar vehicle reimbursement policy. It doesn't force you to get a new vehicle, it just has a slightly better return percentage. In my case it's not enough to justify the purchase of a new vehicle.
Congratulations on the new job and best of all the new Jeep!
