Trial run tonight; about 15 miles winding county paved road, lots of curves & no fog line.
OK, no fog tonight either....but using the Rigid fog 3" cubes, I am beyond impressed!!!
VERY more-than-adequate for close-in ditch-to-ditch daylight seeming illumination. Best I've seen in fact, for a fog light.
Haven't dealt yet with oncoming traffic or actually heavy fog.
Sharp cut-off lines make this seem like excellent purpose-designed ~fog~ light. Excellent pairing with the 42W yellow bulbs in OEM fog cans with the upgraded D. Stern headlights.
Now I can see so good may have to just go drive around for a while back on the county twisties. No question of bumper-mount was proper location, and any critters moving suddenly across the asphalt at least now can be seen.
skk: that's got to be an overpowering display of lumens at your fingertips!!!
do you run some kind of SPOD/similar panel or mount separate switches hither & yon?
