Grab handles & floor liners

I did a quick search on these but didn't come up with any reviews. I have a 2013 JKR and I'm looking to add a couple grab handles and some floor liners (I had passed on the Mopar slush mats). What's the general consensus on these? Better alternatives?

I have the liners and LOVE them. The price is decent and the quality is great. It has a nice snug fit and sure does hold in the water, snow, mud.

x2 on the mats. I have front and rears and love them. As far as grab handles, I went with these because I wanted something solid to grab on to. They do take an hour or more to install and are a little more involved.

I think I like the look of the black Quadratec ones a bit more but those are interesting.

I think I'm going to go ahead with those mats then. I like those grab handles but I want something that I can just strap to the Jeep without cutting/drilling.

Has anyone else have any experience with these grab handles in terms of how they hold up? I want to make sure they don't pull off or break when I lift myself in/out of the Jeep with them.

Pep boys have the grab handles. Nothing fancy they are just black. 2 come in a box. They were either 15.99 or 19.99, can't remember which.

With regard to the grab handles you would be hard pressed to find better then the Welcome Distributing versions. Top notch product and top notch vendor, highly recommended.

Like others, I've got the Q mats; they rock. Sixty inches of snow this year and none of it's gotten on my carpet.

As for grab handles, I went with the Mastercraft, which will hold up to 300 lbs, IIRC.

I have the mopar mats and they look great and work good. I have noticed in every picture I have seen of the Q mat that Q mat seemed a little beefier and seem to cover a little bit more room with a snug fit. I would get those if I was to do it again.

Handles; my jeep came with 2 pairs of Mopar handles when I picked it up. They where in the glove box. I put those on.

the floor liners are pretty great. mine don't fit seamlessly with the floor though. not many that I have seen fit with the floor boards though. sturdy though. though.

I read in some other posts that q tech offers free shipping to forum members. Any one know how to get a free shipping code. I would like to order a set of the mats but the shipping costs are 15 dollars

PM the Q rep here on the forum. That's how I've done it in the past...

Just got the Quadratec mats and highly recommend them! Had the Huskys on my old Jeep and liked them too but these seem a little beefier as someone said earlier and for the Unlimited with the back piece as well are like $90 more. Have the Rugged Ridge grab handles from before also which I like too. As for the free shipping I just called Quadratec and mentioned I was a member here and told them my screen name and they sent it free of charge. It's a pretty nice deal.

I got both those items, and i recommend them, but i got to say, my experience with the floor liners differs a bit from kbwolf's.

As you can see on the pic that was posted by someone above, the side wall of the liners bends inwards and creates a gap between the door side of the Jeep and the liner. When walking into the Jeep in fresh snow, small quantities of snow falls from you're snores/boots as you come in (even if you shake and knock them) and lands exactly in that gap. It melts in the warm Jeep and runs under the mat where is cannot evaporate.

The same is true of train in the summer. the gap is also exactly where soft tips trend to leak.

The point is, it makes the floor under the mat be in a permanent wet state. Since that's an area of high likelihood of abrasion on the paint thus can cause rust.

even just a few drops of snow/water is since it never dries under the mats but just accumulates.

This is s major problem for me. Yesterday i cleaned the mats and spend several hours dying and vacuuming the floors. I bought 3"wide electrical tape which I'll try and seal the gap with today. Only time will tell if it keeps my floor dry.

Since you have to contact them for the recall anyway just have it replaced. They have a lifetime warranty, that said I bought the Qtec combo and love it.

I actually did. They were awesome about it and sent me another one at no cost. Will order from them again.

Problem is the new ones did the same thing. Its just how they are i guess.

My Weather Tec's do pretty well for me. Super easy to clean, nice snug fit, and looks good. Maybe a little pricier, but isn't that why you ask for gift cards for Christmas nowadays? The OSB's that came in mine are Quadratec though, I'd have to ask the little woman how she likes them though. 5'1" and 32.5" inch tires is funny to watch when I don't feel gentlemanly. Lol

I have the Mopar slush mats only because you can get them for a super cheap price on ebay. They are "OK". I also went with the 4 Jeep grab handles that came with the vehicle...they are pretty cheap, but work for now.

Hmm, so after placing my order I found out that the Quadratec grab handles are on back order, very annoying because I don't remember seeing that anywhere until I got an email confirming my order. Are the Wranglers supposed to come with grab handles? I just got my 13 jkr a few days ago & I don't remember seeing any.

I didn't see these mentioned, so I thought I would bring them to some people's attention, as I think they are one of the best options I have seen for a solid, easy to install, and reasonable priced grab handle. No cutting of pillar plastic, 5 min per side install, and they are very solid, with rubber grip. They also sit up out of head impact area! I love mine.

Just installed the Rugged Ridge rear grab handles, for front and rear. It looks just like Mastercraft rear handles but cheaper and Rugged Ridge didn't bother put a logo on it which I definitely prefer.

I like how they are bolted to the sound bar and to the corner of windshield and A pillar, better integrated look than having things wrap around the roll bars.

I have the Quadratec floor liners and they are awesome. As for grab handles, I made my own out of paracord:

FLOOR-MATS
I've got the quadratic floor liners. They are really good. They have a cut-out up by the gas pedal. Stuff like grass and light dirt will collect up there some, especially if you run doorless. I think the best option is the slightly more expensive weatertech ones.

GRAB HANDLES
I've got the rugged ridge grab handles and they works really well. They have a solid bar in the grip so they don't flex. There are all kinds of people who sell this same design. I like that there is no logo on mine. With a bit of cutting I was able to put both on the passenger side.

I was going to get those once and they weren't listed. The shipping is like $20 becuase they are from Canada

Another option like that is the welcome distributing ones. They have a 10% discount for JK-Forum members. You put "JKFORUM" in as it tells here Grab Handles - Solid Steel Front & Back for your 2007-2013 Jeep

There is also a solid grab handle made by Synergy Poly Preformance. It requres some trimming and would be my last pick of the bunch.
