Thumbs up GraBars install video

I had been looking for an upgrade to the grab handles that came with my Jeep and I saw these online. I recently installed a set of these GraBars in my Jeep and made a walkthrough video on it. These are the best grab handles I have seen. Hope this helps if someone is looking for a better set like I was.

Good job on the vid. Been thinking of getting these for a while now, and I think it's time to pull the trigger.

Not to derail this thread, but who makes your 1/2 doors?

Thanks.

Synergy makes nice rounded ones, that tuck in corner, but install is more complicated than these

The tube doors are from Aries automotive. I also have their bumpers and security lid that I'll be installing shortly....I'll be making "how-to" videos with them as well.

I've had these for about a month and they're awesome. Rock solid for sure. My driver side handle does interfere with the sun visor ever so slightly, however. It doesn't impede functionality, but the handle and visor do make contact when lowering the visor.

Had them two weeks and I agree. Awesome. Had never seen them before until I met a guy who had his rig at the dealership while I was purchasing mine. He let me take a look and a tug on the bars and I was sold.

Yeah, much better than anything else out there, hands down.

These should really be a must have/first on the list mod for all Wranglers.

I have got a set of rugged ridge handles which i absolutely hate. I'm going to order a set of this pretty soon. Thanks for spreading a piece of mind.

Explanation for deleted message:

I needed a bit of info regarding installation and couldn't find a phone number. The Welcome Distributing website was down. Sent an email to Ken at WD and he phoned me as soon as I sent the email message.
Man, that's service and great customer care. I'll keep an eye out for new JK items offered by them.

GraBars are rock solid by the way. They come much closer to the location of the grab bars on our '04 Grand Cherokee. We are in our 70's and count on good grab bars located for safe entry and exit. GraBars are a huge improvement over the strap-on items provided with the new JKUR, as those needed tightening from time to time and didn't install in the most convenient locations.

Agreed, their customer service is one that is rarely found anymore. Top quality product and excellent customer service, there is a reason why they are one of the best in this market.
