Loving the JK, waving to everybody I see and itching for snow!
The heater is fabulous-minor drawback is no venting to the rear seats...but the bigger issue is when I turn off the engine and wait for the kiddos to come out from swimming or basketball- the inside of the Jeep turns into an icebox.
I know, letting it run or dressing warmly (I do, but man it gets chilly fast!) will address that, but I wonder, has anybody added any insulation around the underbody of the vehicle or under the seats for heat retention? I didn't find anything practical that jumped out on a google search...I guess I could improvise- has anybody done it? If so what did you use?
I have Insu-liners on the way for the roof, I figure any other little bit would help.
