Hand brake adjustment

Okay I'm starting to feel retarted I can't figure out how to tighten my handbrake.

Can anybody shed some light on me

Thank you could be clearer it a little annoying I have to take the caliper off, I was hoping I could do it in my parking looks like I'm gonna have to go to friends driveway
