Had bad thoughts this morning of trading in my '14 JKUR for a '15 hard rock after seeing a car carrier full of them out for delivery.
Going through the specs on Jeep's website, it claims the rubicon height with hardtop is 70.9" and the hard rock is 73.2". Is this true and if so what's on the hard rock that adds almost 2.5 inches?
Could be. I wouldn't think there would be a difference either.
what soft top comes with the dual top group (I just got the hard top on my 2014)? I am confused with looking at window stickers where it lists the dual top group, the freedom hardtop, but then sunrider soft top delete...
Dual Top Group $ 1,785 Freedom Top® Black 3-Piece Hard Top Delete Sunrider® Soft Top
and from another sticker: (difference of $400) Dual Top Group $ 2,185 Premium Black Sunrider® Soft Top Freedom Top® Black 3-Piece Hard Top Delete Sunrider® Soft Top
The dual top group comes w/ the hard top and the premium soft top. The default top is the non-premium soft top, so if you order the dual top group it must delete the non-premium soft top and then add the premium soft top.
I think the height has to do with the springs. My HR came with 60AA and 18AC springs.
