Hardtop wiper/washer not working

Hi everyone, I am new to this forum. I just got my wrangler last week 2012 Sahara 2dr. And I got home and tried my wiper two days later and it's not working so needless to day I took it to the jeep dealer I bought it from and they said that they added the hardtop on to the vehicle, It didn't come like that so needless to say they tested the harness and tested okay no shorts, the reflashed the ecu nothing, they tested the wiper on the back tested okay, and then they said it might have to do with the switch but they said it worked because the front wipers work on the same switch. So basically they emailed Chrysler support and they waiting for a response. Any one seen this before. Any help would be awesome

did they run the power back to the wiper motor. if they just put the hard top on and didn't do this, it will not work.

Looking at a wiring diagram for an 09 Unlimited Sahara, it appears they use the same washer pump for the front and the back, but reverse operation to dictate which direction the fluid flows.

Does your front washer work? If so, I'd check to see if the washer hose was actually run from the pump to the hard top.

As for the wiper, check that the connector has power on the BRN/LT GRN wire. If yes, the ground could be bad or the wiper motor could be bad.

I think the techs are just lazy.
