Has anybody used the Hardtop Insulation by Rugged Ridge?

Hi Everyone,

I have seen some nice posts on some of the do it your self insulations and mods for the hard tops but I was wondering if anybody has used this and if so what type of feedback do you have. My jeep is my daily driver and I have a 40 mile commute (all highway). Love to have fun with it on the weekends too. Just looking for a little noise reduction and insultation for the commute and the harsh New England winters.

Rugged Ridge 12109.02 - Rugged Ridge Hardtop Insulation Kit for 07-10 Jeep® Wrangler Unlimited JK 4 Door with Factory Hard Top - Quadratec

Thanks for your help.

No, but I've been looking at purchasing soon for the winter months and would like to install prior to putting the hard top on. I've read some threads about different types of homemade systems but i don't know if you save anything in the end.

I used Offroadheroes kit, over a 1˝ years ago and I added Thermal-Acoustic insulation on top of the nylon and it's peachy-keen, in the Nevada desert heat/cold-

That Quadratech setup looks pretty complete, might be well worthit !!

Good luck

+1. Works great for mine! Cut the cool down time and the noise.
