have you ever noticed?

a few things i have found recently on my jeep after driving it for about 200 miles (07 sahara unlimited with 32k miles)

- that jeep steering wheels are NOT centered? see pics, when you turn it you an see its not centered by about 3/8" to 1/2" check it out for yourself, i noticed it when i pulled into the garage one day... the top most point was moving up and down as i turned lol

- my jeep sits level, i know its hard to see while im on this slope in the pic but i checked and cant see a spacer or leveling kit installed but it doesnt slop to the front like i have see alot of other unlimited doing. i dont think its got even a small lift, everything looks factory.

- a bit of shutter in the steering wheel only when braking going from 60-70 down to 40-45 mph. any slower than that and it doesnt do it and its only when braking.

- and just wanted to post my first "mod" lol

from the front fender to the back fender only measures 1/2" difference on level ground in my garage... i thought the jks were more sloped than that...not that im complaining, i wanted a leveling kit if not a 2.5 lift in the future...

and i host my photos on facebook sometimes because for some reason i cant upload photos to my photobucket account at work.

My steering wheel is DEAD ctr, now because I centered it after the lift and even thought the lift is a leveling lift, now the front is 3/8 " lower than the rear, at least at the fenderwells !!

Not really noticeable, but --there

steering wheel

haha the first thing my buddy said when he got in the back seat and i started driving was "dude, is your steering wheel messed up?" mine is off-center too just like that. maybe it's to make one-handed steering easier?

Mine is the same way.....I just assumed it was due to the leather over the steering wheel not being totally even??

ill have to take a video of it... if you look at the top most point and turn it... it makes a perfect oval instead of circle... odd but im guessing its a jk thing or atleast a newer jeep thing.
