Having Trouble Shifting Into 4WD?

Just wanted to get an idea, how many Jeeper's are having problems shifting into/out of 4-Lo & 4-Hi. I'm reading quite a few posts, regarding the Plastic Bushing Breaking Issue, and it just seems ridiculous, that something so cheap and inexpensive is what's getting Jeeper's stranded.

If you’ve broken the Plastic Bushing, and had to have it replaced by another one, or fixed it using a Zip Tie, Cotter Pin, etc., please provide a response letting us know!

Thanks for your inputs!

Someone should take a pic of this bushing if they get a good chance. I would like to see where it is, don't have my jeep quite yet so i cant really look for it.

Picked up a 2dr Rubi this past weekend and mine will go into all, 4hi, neutral and 4lo, but it does take some effort. It isn't nearly as smooth as my TJ was.

Make sure it's in Neutral, barely rolling if possible...make sure you shift into 4-LO just as described on the shifter...don't shift straight down...must angle like the diagram...had the same problem shifting in and out of 4-LO...tried as the diagram shows...shifts perfect everytime!
