Red face Heater Core Gaskets issues

Yay for me!! 2 weeks ago replaced the water pump in the black TJ, Now we are doing the heater core in the 98 Sahara. This is seriously the most i have EVER done on a car in my entire life.

Between the book, and link on www.stu-offroad.com we managed to have it out and ready for the reassembly mess.

Questions/ problems:
Neither Napa Auto Parts, Oreilley Auto Parts OR THE DEALER have specific gaskets available.

(warning incoming girl lingo)
Specifically:
The big black thick spongy square "gasket" that goes around the 2 input pipes for the A/C evaporator Core.

I can get the "large formed ring" from the dealer that seals onto the black case around the blower motor. I saw online it LOOKS like this comes with with the gasket mentioned above but not sure and the dealer says thats not correct.

The other part is what the dealer is calling the Hose drain ac/ heater drain out. Its hard plastic looks like a gun holster/funnely thing. It attaches to the body/firewall center on the engine side. There is a rubber part at the bottom that looks like .. uhh a flat duck mouth thing. Mine has a small tear in it. Dealer said this part is not available. Will that small tear cause leaking? Do i need to be concerned?

The dealer then said i could use WEATHER Stripping if i cant find the gaskets - seriously?

Finally - i read to clean the air ducts and such while the whole thing is apart. Would you recommend putting in an air filter if there is one - or not because the only way to replace is going thru this hassel which honestly i never want to do again ..lol

I think thats it.. any other advice / suggestions would be welcomed.
Jeep on!
