Heavy Duty Dual 1UpUSA rack not sitting level?

Ok first off I want to stress this thing is amazing. Super easy to use and looks incredibly good. I have no interest in removing it ever, actually, given how badass it looks. My problem is when I tighten the allen thing that locks it into the hitch, it torques the whole rack to the left so that it ends up sitting slanted. (left side is lower than the right) I think it's just a function of how the ball locks the rack into the hitch. (Qtec hitch)

Anyone else have this problem? Maybe try a different hitch? The rack isn't a super tight fit into the hitch but I can't imagine there being much difference amongst aftermarket hitches.
