Heavy vibration

My JKU has 5000 miles on it and I am noticing a strong vibration while at red lights or in park, any ideas on what this could be? Calling dealer later today. Thanks

I should clarify its a vibration felt in my seat and the steering wheel, not something I'm just hearing

Does the vibration go away when you put the vehicle in park or neutral at the red light?

usually that could be a bad motor mount(s). I would be surprised if it was that...but should be under warranty if it is.

Hmmm....might be a torque converter problem.

I have the same issue, except it does not stop when I shift into N. It also seems to do it once I have driven it 5 or so miles. I took it into the dealer and they replaced the harmonic balancer, help for a while and now does it again. I took it back to the dealer and they could not replicate the problem, so I need schedule an appointment with a tech.

Update- they said it was the motor mounts so they were adjusted. Vibration returned and dealer then said then that the mounts were broken. Fixed that last week and now vibration has returned again and I'm going back in. They contacted Chrysler and no reported problems other then motor mounts. Could this really be the problem after 4 times to dealer now? 6900 miles and getting frustrated because I love this jeep

Mine rumbles, loud while stopped in D. It sounds and feels like a large truck is right behind or alongside of my. I have 2,000 on the 14 JKU. I haven't taken it to the dealer. It's almost as though the Jeep wants to surge forward but is being held back.
