Keep the soft top, sell the hard top.

I wish I had both.. but if I absolutely HAD to choose... I'd keep the soft top. The hard top just makes it a loud Jeep Commander with bad gas mileage.. what's the point?

Now, you're quoting bassackward, the hardtop gets better mileage and is much more quiet than a soft top

With mods the hardtop is really QUIET and I'm still getting 15++pulling the trailer and 17+ with just the jeep/rack/ and 33'',s

The hardtop will give you much more security than a softtop will, course if none of that matters to you, then the softtop is the best for open jeeping at a whim !!

I believe you have to have at least 15 post before you can use the for sale section.

We have a 15 post rule here on the forum before you can post in the For Sale area. Stick around and play a while you'll be at 15 before you know it.

Sounds great guys. Thanks!

If this was the old style tops I would keep the soft top without a doubt. But with being a freedom top, the hard top is amazing! They have really changed them since the last time I had one (97.)

OK. I week with the soft top on and I have decided to keep it. I love it. Since I don't have a garage it makes it easy to protect at night and even easier to get going in the morning. Only problem is raising and lowering it by myself. Oh well. We all have a cross to bare lol

Good decision.. you can't have too many toys for your Jeep. My goal is to confuse the neighbors as much as possible by making sure they hardly ever know which Jeep will be rolling out of the garage each day.
