HELP!!! A creature died inside my hard top!

I pulled it out of the garage for the winter and my whole car immediately smelled awful. I discovered that the smell is coming from the little hole where the wiper wiring connects to the rear window. Any tips for how I can get in there to clean it out?

Buzz Kill. That's a small opening, pull left tail light and look in that cavity, it's pretty big and just below your smell location. I was just in there to hook up trailer light harness and it's open to ground. Found a dead Rat, extra large on TOP of my Vette motor last week pre stink thankfully!

What kind of car are you putting the top on? This is a Jeep forum and we usually discuss Jeeps here, but since we have removeable hard tops I'm sure someone can help.
