Cool HELP!!! Need Advice

Hey guys! This is my first time posting on this forum. I'm a newbie so please excuse my ignorance...

I have a 2011 JK Sport and I'm wanting to do some economical mods to it. I'd like to put a 2"-3" lift on it...I'm thinking a spacer lift. Any advice for spacer vs. suspension lift?

Also, I'd like to add wheel spacers to make my wheels stick out past the fenders. Those will be coupled with bedlined factory wheels and aggressive tires.

Anyone have any comments what lift, spacers, and tires to use? With a 2" lift, I'm thinking I can fit 285x70x17 tires....???

285/70-17 will fit on your stock suspension. You will need 4.5 inchs of backspace (or 1.5 inch spacers on your stock wheels). If you wanted a bit more height, you could look for higher spring rated coil springs. You can do a search on that for some great info. If you wanted more height that that you could do a leveling kit.

IMO go with the suspension lift. Spacers are ok but in the long run s suspension lift will be much better.
