I am doing my headlight replacement and since im taking the grill off thought id knock two birds with one stone.

Budget is under $100 (just spent a fortune on JW speakers) and really prefer not to do DIY. Rugged Ridge seems like decent option since cant really trust ebay with metal quality...

Found these on Amazon too:

/\I have these and they look nice against my AMP'D grille. for 25 smackers incl shipping not a bad deal.. I will say that there is a little gap at the two outside grille slots but the gap is on the inside..if I ever take them off I would put a thicker two sided tape in that area...again not all that but I am anal and notice it.

+1 on these and I got the ones that had a hole for the hood lock (since you have the grill off) and you should be able to get both for under 100.00 including the rivet gun you're going to need unless you know a buddy that has one.

I put Drake Off Road JP-190008-BLACK Grille Inserts on last week. Everyone's studded tires in the PNW during the winter really chew up the roads, so it's not uncommon you pick up several rocks in your grille or to your windshield before the spring. I'm pleased with how they turned out. I picked these because they were metal instead of plastic and bolted in place instead of being held with adhesive tape.

(In the pic they're slightly misaligned since this was the test fitting before I lined up everything and tightened it).

I used some Loctite Threadlocker Blue 242 on each bolt as well. They're a bit tedious to line up and you have to hold them in place as you tighten the bolts into the brackets, but doing all seven solo took about 90 minutes.

Here they are on a white grill and also on a black grill.

The black grille was a $60 eBay grill that I covered in bedliner. The inserts didn't stick really well to the rough bedliner surface so I used some small black screws with nuts on the back to hold them in.

i have been running this one piece for a coupe years and it holds up really well. I have the black one and I took a few large rock hits and it chipped a bit but didn't bend at all, a bit of black nail polish and it looks new again.

This dealer is on Amazon and Ebay under the same name - both black and chrome -
