Help reactivating seatbelt alarm

So about a year ago I deactivated my seatbelt alarm despite some peoples better judgement against it. I thought there was no way I would forget to wear it when I wasn't wheeling. Now I find myself in that horrible habit and I want to fix it before it gets bad

Does anyone know how to reactivate a seatbelt alarm?

isnt it the same as turning it off?

1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position, and buckle the driverís seat belt.
2. Turn the ignition key to the ACCESSORY/RUN position (engine does not need to be running), and wait for the Seat Belt Warning Light to turn off.
3. Within 60 seconds of starting the vehicle, unbuckle and then re-buckle the driverís seat belt at least three times within 10 seconds, ending with the seat belt buckled.
4. Turn the ignition key to the OFF position. A single chime will sound to signify that you have successfully completed the programming.

I am interested in activating the front passenger set alert.
When I first turn the key I see a red round circle with what I assume is a passenger seat.
I looked under the seat and found a round receptacle to on the left near the console where One could plug in the seat wire but I'm not sure since I can't find a cable coming off of the seat.

Is there something I can do to get the passenger set to activate when someone sits on it?

Thanks
