Help with Ring and Pinion

Need to change my gear ratio and have all the parts. I'm a experience mechanic but never done this to a Jeep. Anyone know of a good manual?

I used Poly Performance installation instructions (couldn't find a link, sorry) and my brother-in-law (a master mechanic) to do mine. I did all the work using his lift, tools and expertise. Was very straight forward, just time consuming getting the shim packs correct.
I've also heard of instructions on Randy's Ring and Pinion website, but could not locate them myself.

Did your gear set not come with install instructions? I can't find the link but I swear we found Yukon's online. My G2s came with directions but the Yukon was helpful also. But its all at home; if you can wait until Monday I can bring it to my office and scan all the docs. I posted some tips/tools when we did it.

Above all figure a lot more time than you think you'll need. And you'll be having dreams about gear patterns. My hair smelled like diff. fluid for a week but that may not be applicable to you. LOL.

Yes, My Yukon instructions came in the box but I found it very lacking. With 20 years of being a professional technician I find that nothing replaces the grey areas like a quality manual. If you feel like scanning something I would be thankful.

This is the best how-to I found:

I followed this when I did my gears.

Do you have a rubicon? If so, there are additional steps to deal with the factory lockers. You have to get the locker sensor on the correct side when installing, unless you can mess up the locker.

Also, I used Alloy gears, and I found that swapping the OE carrier shims left to right and using the OE pinion + .0005 or .0010 shims worked well to get initial ballpark.
