Here is one for you

I have access to a jeep with the steering wheel on the right side, kinda like a "mail version". What are the pros and cons of this type? Besides never being able to go through a drive through.

Those are the RHD (right had drive)....they are basically made for rural mail carriers and are pretty much a Sport S.

Don't see any pros to it unless you are planning on shipping it over to England or you plan on delivering mail like Panther mentioned....

Edit: or delivering newspapers

Fast food is bad for you anyway. Rock that RHD. Get a dog and put him in the Passenger's seat with a steering wheel mounted in front of him ad blow peoples minds.

I suppose you could do a drive-through in reverse....but you're going to need to angle the side view mirrors just right.

There was one for sale near me recently, and the guy was having trouble selling it. Had I known how much he let it go for, I'd have been all over it.

My point is, if the price is right--REALLY right--I'd rock it.
