hey guys question about lifts and tires

i have a completely stock 2012 sahara unlimited and curious about a few things,

1, would 33 inch tires be possible without a lift?
2, would i need to upgrade the power of the jeep and if so how?
3, what tire do you guys recommend in terms of looks and driving wise for highway and city driving? Thanks!!!!!

(1) Yes, but you'll need new wheels or spacers if you go any wider than stock.

(2) For 33s, no.

(3) My 33x12.5R15 DuraTracs are great. But there are other good ones out there too.
