holes in back hatch with afcter market bumper/tire

So I'm installing my src rear bumper and tire carrier and I ran into a "problem" what about the holes from the stock mount on the back door? Should they be left as holes? Will they rust?

What a lot of people do is just install the bolts back into the holes from the stock tire carrier. For the bumpstop holes, many just use plugs that you can pick up from Lowes or Home Depot. But, if it were me, I would go with the Vector Offroad UFOs.
