Ok so I have searched and searched and searched on google and the forums for the schematic for a homemade rear bumper; I simply cannot find it. I remember seeing it... somewhere.. where it had a step by step WITH measurements and materials list along with what to cut/weld for each segment of the rear bumper. It was a complete write up. Does anyone have a link for the plans/schematic of a homemade Rear steel bumper? If i remember it had a 45/45 degree angle on the sides. desperately need help on this! thanks!!!
Just curious, Have you checked the "Builders Corner" here ? Several have built their own
bumpers, possibly if you post there someone might share their drawings or dimensions .
most these folks are "Brown Truck Builders" so your wayyyy over their heads ! LOL
Yah I've checked and nothin. I pm'ed a couple people but no responses. It is the 4th of july weekend so perhaps they are out and about. in the meantime, anyone else seen something like this?
I need to build a bumper too and I have a couple projects bookmarked, I'll post em
incase you missed em....
I think you may just need to get out the cardboard and scissors.... "BH"
