Hood decal is on!

Just got it today from pixeldecals and put it on as soon as I got home. Looks great and quality is awesome! Not hard to do at all. I have done many decals and window tint so with my experience it made it simple. Well worth $69.

It's very easy. Watch their youtube video on the install and you shouldn't have a problem.

It sure took the glare of your overhead light and made it into a nice glow.
Is there any effects from the drivers point of view?

I've been meaning to order one of those myself. How long did it take to get it once you ordered it?

Awesome!!! Looks great. I just made one myself out of vinyl.... Not quite the same, but still pretty nice. IMO. The black and white together is win-win.

Looks REALLY nice! I assume you remove/replace the windshield catch. How do you do that? Does the hood pad just pull off to give access to the nuts? The little pad retainers look like the kind that mess up easily, and then you can't get the pad back nice and snug again without a trip to the dealer or NAPA to get new retainers.

Looking great folks!

I'd love to put one of these on my hood too, but I just don't think it would pop enough on a Natural Green. -too little contrast.

Looks awesome from the drivers point of view! As for wait time on delivery, it took 10 days from the order date.

It's a great addition to a dull hood, but

If you've never done decals--have a friend help you and watch the video--

Try to get all the BIG bubbles out SOON and leave the rest (if any) small ones, the sun will evap those in short order-

Do you know if they can make the decal in mineral gray? It would match my rims and bumpers

I wonder if Black Carbon Fiber would be a good idea?
I don't know anything about it; but it has a nice look.

According to the website they only have it in black but give Don a call or email him and see if he can make it in another color.

I like it, though I'm still on the fence about getting either that or painting my grill black on my Dozer....

The one Mopar used on the COD black ops Jeeps is pretty close to mineral grey. Can find them all day long on Amazon and ebay.

Looks to me like who ever is taking the picture is wearing a red shirt. You can see the reflection in the hood as well.

Nah, until he pointed out the red shirt -- I thought the J was red as well. Guess we both are blind, haha.
