HoodLift for AEV hood

I installed the HoodLift for the AEV hood today. I like it & it seems to work well, it opens the hood a little farther than the prop rod. I do want to mention that AEV has apparently changed their hood, because I had to mount the top ball slightly different. Some pics, check the installation pics w/HoodLift to see the difference.

Looks fine! Just periodically check the screws to make sure they stay tight.

Another thing to mention is the relays on both sides near the lower ball stud need to be moved. I just zip tied them to wires, I didn't want to drill more holes.
