How do you remove headrests?

Sorry if this was asked before. I tried finding the answer on previous posts.

I'm trying to remove the front headrests so I can bend the posts to make the rests more vertical. For the life of me I can't get them to come out. I push the little button on the side but they still won't come out. Is there something I'm missing here or are the headrests unremoveable?

Thanks.

Yes, push in and they pop right out. I removed the rear head rests because you can't see out the back very well with them in.

It would be nice to have three hands to get the headrests out! Like said above, push both catches in and pull up.

Once you get them out, here's a good method to bend them:

I'm glad I clicked on this thread. they are definitely bent too far forward for my liking. I feel like it makes me lean my head forward which is not good for my neck.

I didn't think you can remove the rear ones. I have a 12. How do you remove?

Yeah. I just looked. The rear ones don't have buttons like the front on my 12 JKU
