How does this come off?

It looks like this panel is removable and the pictures indicate that I can store the rear window defroster and fluid hose. This is on a 2012 2 door sport. The panel is in the rear on the drivers side. Does anyone know how to get this panel off? I tried removing it, some if it unsnapped but not all of it. Is this for storing the rear window wires?

Pretty sure it just pulls up a bit so you can slide the cable and hose beneath.

X2
Pretty sure that you just wedge the power and washer hose in there. I pulled the washer hose off at the circle connector, and both, wire and hose, were the right length to tuck in there.
