How easy is it to sell stock wheels/tires?

I am going to be ordering new wheels/tires and am wondering how easy it is to sell the stockers? 2013 Sport S so it has the 17's. 400 miles on them. I assume its regional? Im in the Portland, OR area. Any insight is appreciated!

Any I have checked Craigslist. Only one new set with the 16's a dealership is asking $750 for.

thats an easy one, the higher the price, the less likely the sale

Put mine on craigslist for $700. 5 sport s wheels with stock tire, less than 1k on them and it sold in a few days. I was bartered down to 625 i think

totally dependant on the market. I live in Montana and everybody wants top dollar but they don't sell as you see them on CL for months same ads over and over. I check Spokane CL and Seattle CL and the ones that are decent price sell. There has been a couple on the
Spokane CL for ever that are $650 for new take offs and no sale yet apparently 255/75-17 with rims. I am wishing I would have kept my stock set up to slap on when I was going on long road trips.

I'll find out pretty soon. I'm lifting and putting new wheels tires on. We will see how those stock wheels and KMs sell. Hopefully quickly because they take up too much room in my garage. Heck, I'll be selling the stock suspension, control arms, driveshafts, etc. Fingers crossed....

I been trying to sell my 17" for 450 for about a month now with no luck. They have 20,000 miles.

It seems like (here anyway) the KMs sell well. The AT stockers do not.

I see no mile take offs sell for $500 so that might be why. Not saying it is right or wrong but given the choice between a set with 0 miles for $500 and a set with 20,000 miles for $450 I know which ones I would opt for.

Well looking around here I been seeing listing for about 600 so I figured 450 might sell a little faster

I know this sounds strange, but the stock Rubis do fine for me so far and when I need new ones, I think I will buy someones takeoffs simply to save money...

I see quite a few in my area for not a lot of $$$

I got my 2013 with the steelies on it and paid $650 for a set of brand new take offs. That seemed to about the minimum going rate for new ones. I just put my steel wheels/tires in the shed. They sit on Craigslist for next to nothing, I'll just keep them for spares or to get it through inspection if necessary in the future.

It took about 2-3 months to sell my Rubicon take-offs...tires only. Sold them locally for $1000...700 miles on them.

Sold my five 255/70r18 Sahara tires (not the wheels) for $570 with about 400 miles on them. No takers on Wrangler Forum or Craig's List (at least not for an acceptable price) for two months, but was able to sell them via local bulletin boards.

I just sold my (5) 255/75/17 stock rims/tires from my 2014 for $450. They had 800 miles on them. I put them on CL at $600. Once I dropped them to $500 I started to get offers.

I purchased 5 17" sport s with tpms less then 500 miles for $400. Even thou they are exactly what came on my Jeep, i figured the deal was to good to pass up.

When you're putting stockers on CL, don't just cater to the JK crowd. Put the bolt pattern for the wheels and tire sizes on there. That bolt pattern fits a lot more than just Jeeps.
