All kinds of Jeeps around here running 35+ on stock carrier's. If you are in "pavement princess" mode you should be fine for a while.
Not sure what your plans are but I'll speak up, my wife drives the twin to your hyper green. We put the Teraflex carrier on hers while my JK has the Rugged Ridge - I recommend TF!
I cheated.. I put the Rugged Ridge HD hinge on with the Teraflex carrier. I bought them oddly on sale at the same time and paid under $400 for both parts delivered.
When you close your tailgate, watch how much the tire vibrates. I added radiator hose over the bumpstops to help secure the tire better. Running 35" BFG KM2s (94lbs) on a stock carrier for over a year now on and off road.
