How many miles before adding lift.

Just wondering how many miles we drive before deciding to add lift. I had mine done when the odometer read 87 miles.

My lift was in my garage (along with bumpers, rock doors, aux lights, rock rails, sPOD, Tuffy box, seat covers and a bunch of other stuff) before my Jeep was born.

Kinda like getting an ultrasound, then painting the baby's room pink.

Mine had 3,000 miles approximately then came lift, gears, tires, and wheels. Then around 5,000 came a supercharger!!!!

around 200 miles. the earlier the better, you don't have to deal with rusty bolts. Lol.

I had mine less than 2 weeks when the lift went on.

Same for me. Now I'm ready to get the rear bumper and tire carrier. Didn't want to wait on the lift but couldn't figure out which set up to go with. Think I'm going with the Wurx Aggression. Now I need to find a stubby bumper with mild stinger for the front. One thing leads to another for sure.

Harley got one at about 4200 miles. Ivy, she came that way. Don't even know what she looked like stock.

My TJ had roughly 300 miles, but that was just b/c I had to drive it to work that first week until I had a couple days to do it. Never did anything to the other 2. One had a 4 banger, and the other one, well, the ex drove it, and he was sort of a wuss. The Mudbird scared him.

Well I would look at the manual and look up engine break in period. That should tell you something. You should break in the engine in before heavy Mod's... IMO

2000 miles (19/60) then 2220 (1" front spacer after XHD bumper) then 30K (teraflex leveling kit) then 32K (BDS 3")

I thought about that but seeing as the dealership had new jeeps on their lot that they had installed lifts on, I didn't see any thing wrong with me installing one on my new jeep either.

Engine break-in is a thing of the past.

Mine was within the first week if I remember right. That was a Teraflex level lift.

Then I went to the RK 2.5" max travel back in February or so.

Then I ordered RK 3.5" coils, which are scheduled to arrive tomorrow.
