How much for a "base" Wrangler X Unlimited

Can't seem to find much on market pricing, relative to invoice. A few data points for Saharas on here, but what about a basic X Unlimited, auto, soft top (this forum helped change my mind from the hard top although I'm still a little concerned about winter).

How much below invoice is reasonable to expect this late in the season?

$700 below invoice for a base X? That seems good. I have supplier pricing at 1% (around $200) for no hassle. But I would think this late in the year with as many Jeeps as I see on the lot I can do better. Anyone in the Tri-state area?

How does $23,500 sound (auto), including black appearance package? Thought I saw guys here get Saharas at that price.
