How much oil r u burning

From previous posts; some relatively new JKs are burning oil between oil changes, one of them got his engine changed under warranty.
I am thinking of making some statistics to see what is the percentage of JKs burning engine oil in this forum, so please post ur year of fabrication and how much oil are u burning between changes.

2010 islander--last oil change at 6000 miles, just over 11000 miles on it. I just checked And it hasn't burned any. Next change is next week.

Its normal to use a bit of oil until you get past your normal break in period. Matter of fact its highly suggested to not even pay attention to the suggested oil change intervals your first 10,000 miles, to change once every 2 thousand miles to get rid of all the new metal that will be breaking lose in your engine. You shouldn't be using any oil after the break in period though, if you are something isn't right and you most likely have a leak that needs to be addressed. I have a 2007 jk with 64,000 and I don't burn any oil.
There are very few vehicles that can be defined as "made for offroad". Unfortunately, the Wrangler can definitely be defined as "made for offroad" by its inability to handle well on road
