If it is a new jeep, let the dealer work on it. With a door leak, it is either a door surround that is not properly seated or misaligned door or the seal itself has some defect. Whatever the cause may be, the dealer should help you out on the cure.

2011 jku. Leaks every time it rains. Problem is, it rains all the time. Taking it to the dealer a third time. Good luck.

That's definitely a problem. I raise and lower my top probably at least 5 or 6 times a week on my 2011, and the seal is always perfect.

The inside of the door will be soaked and the seat and floor are just sopping wet. The driver's side doesn't leak; it just pours in, from the roof, when you open the door. I know that it's a jeep and it is meant to get wet, but I shouldn't have to get a well a@@ whenever it rains.
My 2010 Sahara had the exact same thing day one and I took it right back. The dealer added silicone to the bottom of the A-pillar right where it meets the door frame and it had never happened since. It maybe a known issue with soft-tops

My leak issue was resolved by the dealer. Apparently the weather proofing/foam was installed improperly when it was built. So far.... so good!

2011 Jeep Wrangler Sport. Been to 2 different dealers 5 times and they can't fix the leak. Will never buy another Chrysler product. Floods the passenger floorboard everytime it rains.

I have a 2011 JKUR with soft and hard top. No leaks. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed since I'm changing to hard top this weekend.

Leaked when I bought it in 2010, brought back to the dealer and they fixed it the first time. No issues since.

I have a 13 jkur and mine leaked. I think it was my fault. I removed and reinstalled the freedom panels and no more leaks.
