How to remove these stains

I've read a bunch of posts about the windshield bolts rusting out, but haven't read about a product that will remove the stains...what will take these out?

Try a clay bar. That may work to take it off. Or try lightly with rubbing compound. Don't overdo it with the rubbing compound tho
