How to remove windows scratches in soft top windows?

Does anyone know How to remove windows scratches in soft top windows? I have my jeep for 2 months and I have already few of them. In one area that my dauther while it was somewhat dusty, put her hands in the window to look inside, the next day I wash them and they were scratch finger prints it I dont know why really, she barely touch it. From the outside you dont notice much because the are tinted but from the inside it looks like a dirty spots. Any advice???

Plexus and other cleaners cover-up the scratch. The plain truth is that nothing removes scratches; it is only cosmetic and not too long lasting cover-up with any plastic scratch or polish cleaner/remover. Plexus is an aircraft grade plastic polish and very effective if properly used on a regular basis. Paper towels will scratch plastic as will a dry cloth. Use wet soft clothes or the micro tech polishing clothes. My windows will need replacing next year as they have a few rough spots.
