Mine are impossible to peel off. It's like they are heat fused to the plastic. I wonder if that changed with the 2010's?

Anyway, I'd like to find decals like these. Most that I've looked at aren't large enough to cover the entire warning sticker, esp. the driver side.

IIRC someone said the 2010's were harder to peel off for some reason. That's why I never tried it on mine; I didn't wanna get part of it off and not be able to get it to look decent because of the residue cuz that woulda drive me all kinds of crazy! i really like those decals though.

Actually, there's no residue because I don't think they're glued on. The warning stickers seem to be fused to the plastic of the visor. I have a small corner off on one that took me an hour to take off in tiny strips and it looks like crud. I need decals like these.

Gotcha. Thanks for the info. I still wouldn't want part of it off and not be able to get the rest off.

2010's don't peel off. You can't flip it either because we have a mirror on our visors.

I think they did change that so we can not take them off, I can not get them off of mine, I to have a 2010.

I have wondered if the JK visors can be swapped like the TJ visors can... Not tried it on ours, since the stickers peeled off so easily. To swap the TJ visors, you just slide them off the arm, and switch them.

my 07's came off super quick a few days ago. was sitting at a red light and just started picking at it. once started there was no struggle.

got home, 30 seconds with goo-gone to get the remainder and poof, like they were never there.

here's a tip to remove the sticker off the 2010's, use rubbing alcohol
At first, I was using a heat gun, but that wasn't working, it was just making the leather weak and loose, so then i tried a lil rubbing alcohol, and it came off pretty easy. The stickers are somewhat glued and fused on, cause with the rubbing alcohol, u can feel the glue residue on your fingers.

But i'm gonna warn u though, that you will still see where the sticker used to be, i don't mind it though, it's not too noticeable, way better than the white/yellow

BTW, nice decals

Hmmm, I might have to give that a try. Thanks for the tip.

Oh and BTW, I have an '09, but I put in the 2010 sun visors because the previous ones are almost useless, plus my wife wanted the vanity mirror.

sounds like they switched from stickers to decals

maybe to give them a little more longevity?

You could always replace them with these kind of warnings

Just got these in today. Putting them over the OEM warning labels on the visors.

On a TJ all you had to do was swap the visors..... Then you see no stickers at all.
