Out of curiosity, why did you choose the GY over say the BFG AT's?

You know those tires you have on order are E rated right? I have D rated and are a bit rough riding compared to stock C rated. E rated are more for large trucks but not a jeep IMO!

BFG's are a heavy tire the duratracs are lighter in comparable sizes, I assume he was trying to save some unsprung weight.

I looked into that earlier and noticed that, says the BFG AT KO's aren't severe snow rated either.

My old BFG AT KOs were like a kid in a bar fight compared to my Duratracs in the snow. I'm from Cleveland so trust me, I'm a little sensitive to how my tires perform in that stuff. I'm not sure any of that even makes sense but hopefully you get the picture.

I love my GY Duratracs... mine are D rated. 315/70/17's though. Pretty quiet ride and I loved the Tread Lightly $100 rebate.
