I have never seen a jeep wrangler commercial.

Has anybody else? Seen the new grand Cherokee commercial. Is it because the wrangler doesn't need anything as crass as a commercial to make it sell?

Yep...there have been a LOT of wrangler commercials...might depend on your tv supplier or channel you watch also. All depends on when Daimler/Chrysler purchased time and when from.

Just YouTube "jeep wrangler commercial" there are hundreds.

Ok, so it looks like chrysler is advocating taking your wrangler off roading. So why does it seem like all the dealers are denying warranty claims because of taking a wrangler off road?

my favorite jeep commercial was from the mid eighties, " two oriental gentleman were standing on a high mountain ridge, saying it would be a great advertizing picture for their imports, the one says "how do we get them up here? after a long pause the other one exclaims, "we tow them with jeeps!"

jeeps (wranglers) seem like they don't need advertising. if you know about them, then you know what they're about. and who doesn't know about them?

Personally, I like the commercials, but Jeeps would probably be better off without them because soccer moms wouldn't buy them and make them mall crawlers...
