So I took the day off today, heard It was going to be a beautiful day here on long island had planned on taking the hard top off my new JKU. To my surprise when I attempt to put the soft top up I realize that when you unwrap that cheesy cover off the soft top that the windows aren't in there! So I try to figure out where they could have stashed them. Not in my new jeep that's for sure! I call my salesman who proceeds to tell me there should have been 2 boxes in the back when I got the truck. Well there weren't! So I ask him what they are going to do and he tells me that the general mgr has to handle this and that he isn't in and wont be in until Monday. I'll bet his Jeep has a soft top with windows for his 3 day weekend! Needless to say I drove around with the top off for about an hour and it was AWESOME! Had my brother help me get hard top back on but boy am I PISSED! I am Very disappointed with my Jeep dealer, when I picked my truck up they pretty much threw me the keys and were like good luck! WTF?
You did remove the soft top? The Jeep comes with the soft top in back but supposed to be removed as soon as you get home. The hard top will damage the soft top over time if you leave it in.

No of course not! I obviously am clueless. I put the hard top back over the soft top. I now have the weekend to find a place to put my hard top instead of just dumping it in backyard like i was going to do.
happened to me as well, and I thought the same thing. The boxes with the arms and the box with the windows should be in the store room or parts dept with the stock no. of the jeep written on it. Point that out them them that there are two boxes with the corresponding stock no. of the jeep in their building and that it belongs to you.
Was going to buy a soft top off a guy few weeks ago and ran into the same thing. He originally bought the Jeep in 2010 with the dual top but never used the soft top. Was brand new still wrapped up. But when I asked about the windows and door surrounds he too had no idea. I’m sure his dealer just kept them. Needless to say i didnt buy it was not worth what he wanted for it without surounds and windows.
