I need help identifying the roof rack in the photo

Any ideas on who makes this roof rack or where to find one?

I first saw this photo while searching for the ProComp wheels. the photos i've found are on Cardomain website. one of the photos has a Trocko emblem on the rack. i've e-mailed the company several times with the photo, asking how that rack was mounted. no response. i think the mounts look like a Thule system. obviously drilled into the top. and of course probably not able to support a lot of weight. it looks cool though. i've decided to go with the Front Runner rack because of its weight capabilities. i might have one of the roof top tents one of these days. got to get a JK first. come on sept 11.

Looks like artificial raingutter mounts. etrailer.com sells a couple different ones.
