Nice rig! Good luck with the sale. . .no clue on whether $35K is reasonable or not.

Very nice Rig, A trailer wont get you through? I"m willing to bet it will sell at that price and or possibly a good trade deal.

Yes.

However, more info might change the answer:

Auto/manual?

LSD?

3.21 or 3.73 gears (or lower)?

Stock stereo or factory upgrade or aftermarket (you mentioned a sub and amp)?

Cloth or leather seats?

Tow package? Factory or aftermarket?

Connectivity package?

Im going to be very honest with you. Don't expect to get you're money back from all of those mods. I think $35k is a very reasonable price for that rig but the chance of someone wanting to pay that much for a used wrangler isn't great. In general putting mods on any truck actually decreases the sale price unless you find the right buyer who really knows the price of a winch, lift, armor, etc.

sell some of those extras separate if you can and lower the 35k price. IMO

Good luck either way!

Agree with this guy^^^.... Part some of the mods out separately and lower your price dramatically or get a trailer and forget the truck idea.

NADA says clean retail is 32, clean trade in is 30. You aren't too far off your number. If you take reasonable offers you may get somewhere in the 30's

You have a nice Jeep BUT I don't think you are going to get that much when someone could buy a new Rubicon for that price.

I agree.

Potential buyers who don't know or want mods, aren't going to pay any extra.

Potential buyers who know about and want mods, either don't want the exact ones you selected or might question the quality of installation, aren't going to pay any extra.

i think that is on the high side honestly. not a personal attack but for 35K buyer dont really know what they getting, is lift cheap and hacked up, has jeep been beat up on the trail and going ot have major issues?? real life questions buyers are going to think. i got my jku rubi for $36k new and i know it doesnt have any of the risk mentioned. i agree with others on parting some of the stuff out. and trying to sell for less.
i def vote to buy trailer first and keep the jeep.

It was only a year ago I paid 35k for a 2013 JKU Rubi brand new with hardtop, connectivity, heated seats, auto, remote start, and tow. You have a nice Jeep, but I cannot for the life of me imagine paying 35k for it.

Also, not sure if this helps any but you might consider keeping the jeep and getting a utility trailer if that is sufficient to fill your truck needs. alternatively, just buy a beater truck and keep the jeep. there are a lot of old 350 tbi gm 4x4s still on the road that will do anything you ask of them for cheap, and that would also keep some miles and wear off of your jeep.
