Identify this bolt

OK folks- was shoveling out the jeep and I find this bolt on the ground. I for the life of me cant figure out where it came from. Heck, it may not even be from the jeep. That said, Im hoping somebody will recognize the bolt and say "hey dude, thats from your XXXXX". Here goes!

looks to be about 3/8 inch wide

For some background-

I have a RK 2.5 flex kit installed, an LOD midwidth front bumper with winch plate and an M8000 winch. I have the teraflex spare tire carrier, all bolts accounted for. Also, the EVO protek skid system. I just cant figure this one out.

that is a low grade 3 bolt it did not come off your Jeep at least as your jeep came from the factory.

OP,
I had a bolt like that holding my passenger side mirror on--the one underneath the arm. Looks like the original owner may have lost the original when relocating mirrors.

that bolt did not come from your jeep. If you look, all bolts on jeeps have a washer made onto the head or the washer will not slide over the threads of the bolt. Also most bolts in cars are not chrome shiny.
