Having seen some of your videos, it looks like you guys don't go out alone and like to hop shelves or limestone cliffs and whatnot.
All things being equal, if the new tires would be more fun, do those first.
Unless, your winch gets regular use. Growing up, everyone in the extended family who had a winch used it for all sorts of things, up to and including getting un-stuck. So if you are like that, maybe the winch is priority.
I guess rear coil-overs have a good return on investment, but it's one of those mods that can get into serious cash, welding, cutting tub for the long ones, etc. I will never run them, but that don't stop me from checking out twisted up pics and videos of dudes running them on all four corners. I only see them (the big sets anyway) on rigs towed around. I've never seen an "extended travel" monster set on a daily driver.
(my Jeep is still a baby, but is working up to a winch one day, lol, so take my opinions on this for what they are worth, speculation! )
