In-Dash Switches

I apologize if I missed it with my search but...

For those of us without power windows, wouldn't the empty pocket be a great place to mount some switches? I don't need but 2 switches and this seems like a viable solution.

I went with this:

A-Pillar 4 Switch Pod Kit, Black, Left Side, 11-12 Jeep JK Wrangler

No engineering required, user cuts out the number of switch positions needed [up to 4], easier to wire, and integrates well with the interior.

I went with the a-pillar method as well. I did contemplate what you were thinking though because I am in the same boat.

OK.. this may seem strange, but I'm looking for one of those dash pockets. I have power windows but have the doors/top permanently off... so I actually want the pocket. There is no part number for the pocket... dealer called Chrysler and you have to get the ENTIRE dash. Ugh... anyone have a dash pocket they don't use?
