Infinity EQ Settings - HELP NEEDED

Hey everyone, newbie here
Just purchased 2011 4DR Unlimited Sport in Natural Green Pearl w/Black Appearance Package

The vehicle also came equipped with the upgraded Infinity Sound System
Thus far I am underwhelmed

Apart from replacing the stereo, can any of you share your ideal EQ Settings?
I typically stream music via BT or USB, I make sure that the EQ Settings on the MP3 Player are turned off
Any adjustments I can make to the SUB?

Thank you in advance for help and advice
Looking forward to being a member of the board
